Our Mission

The Stanford Refugee Empowerment Network (SREN) is dedicated to advocating for and supporting refugees within our community and beyond. We aim to educate the public, mobilize resources, and provide support to enhance the well-being of refugee populations across the globe. Through collaborative partnerships and a commitment to advocacy and service, SREN strives to deliver essential aid and support to refugees.

Who We Are and What We Do

SREN is a student-led volunteer organization of Stanford students that seeks to raise critical funding to support front-line, on the ground charities delivering essential aid and services to refugees throughout the world, as well as raise awareness of the plight of refugees, and to help raise the alarm about the looming climate refugee crisis.

To date, we have raised nearly $30,000.
